Since its inception in 2002, the Black Corporate Directors Conference provides a unique forum to discuss today’s most pressing leadership issues in a changing global environment and the importance of diversity in the corporate boardroom.

The Black Corporate Directors Conference has grown from just 38 attendees in its inaugural year to over 233 directors in 2025.

We are eager to resume our dialogue and camaraderie and know that this year's exceptional lineup of speakers and impressive group of participants will make for yet another exciting, engaging, and enjoyable event.

Conference sessions are limited to directors only. Guests are welcome to join for meals, activities and entertainment.

Due to the hotel’s limited room capacity, guest room assignments are limited to one room per married couple or household.
